Wayne and I would like to take time to thank every one of our listeners for your support during 2011! We'll be closing out our main strand of 2011 shows soon with the final 2011 edition of Wayne's Comics, and we will be back on New Year's Eve, which also happens to be my birthday, with an ad hoc review of what we feel has been the best and worst of television and cinema during 2011. Insofar as 2012 goes, I already have some things prepared interview-wise and hope that you will all join us as we move forward and progress into the New Year. In the meantime, I'd like to wish all of you a very happy holiday season and a fantastic 2012! All the very best from Ian Cullen and Wayne Hall! Category:general

This week, I had the chance to participate in a conference call with the creative mind behind Steve Niles' Remains, the first-ever original movie on the Chiller cable network in the U.S. which debuts this Friday. Steve talks about the comic, what it took to bring it to the small screen and other things of interest, so I'm sure you'll enjoy our conversation. Then I review the latest comics, and we wrap up with the latest news and previews with Gianluca Glazer and Ian Cullen. Be sure to subscribe to our feed on iTunes, which you can do here. This weeks show sees the return of some old friends in the form of Barry Nugent and Cy Dethan who talk to me about the new Graphic Novel Unseen Shadows: Tales Of The Fallen, which explores some of the characters from Barry’s best selling novel Fallen Heroes. During our chat we discuss the different characters featured in the new graphic novel and look at some of the things that make these characters so compelling to read and write. For this week in Comics we look at the past weeks best and worst books. While in This Week In Television Raissa comes on to discuss Primeval and Merlin as well as a number of other shows she has been watching of late. So tune in and join us for an action packed show of intrigue, mystery and suspense. Don’t forget you can check out many of our past episodes via our i-Tunes site or in the i-Tunes store where you can subscribe for free. Are you as excited about the new Green Lantern: The Animated Series on Cartoon Network as I am? Well, this week you can listen to my interesting interview with Frederik Wiedmann, who scores the show, as we talk about the series, music and comics. You'll learn as much as I did, I'm sure! The music introducing and closing that segment is some of what he has composed for the new program! Then Peter Casazza from Big Planet Comics in College Park, Maryland, is back to give us an update on how November went in his popular shop. We discuss the latest trends and look forward to what's coming in December as well. Then I review this week's comics, and we conclude things with Ian Cullen and Gianluca Glazer with the 'News And Previews' segment. There are some very interesting news items you won't want to miss in our discussion! Be sure to subscribe to our feed on iTunes, which you can do here.
